    REQUIRED TESTS

    All Juniors will be given the opportunity to take the ACT (a national college entrance exam) during the school day at RHS on Wednesday, April 19, 2017.  This test administration is:

    • FREE to all RHS Juniors
    • An official ACT test score.  If students are planning to attend a four-year college, they can use this score to meet the ACT admission requirement.

    In the past, Juniors typically took the ACT in the spring of their Junior year and paid about $42.50 or $58.50.  Juniors can take the ACT at another time and pay the cost, but they will have the opportunity to take the ACT FREE OF CHARGE on April 19, 2017.

    AP EXAMS --  May 1-12, 2017
    COST:  $53.00/Test


    ONLINE TEST REGISTRATION BEGINS:  February 16, 2017

    ONLINE EXAM REGISTRATION ENDS:  March 6, 2017 at 2:30 pm

     

    Register and make payment online using RevTrak (Go to www.isd728.org, under Families select Online Payments, click on RevTrak, click on School Fees and enter your student or parent UserName for Parent Portal and student's DOB.  Click on the AP exam(s) you want to take and make payment via a credit card.)

    If you are on Free/Reduced lunch, talk to your AP teacher or Patty Heitke in the Guidance Office to register for your exam(s).

    Students registering after April 7 for AN AP exam must pay an additional $55 late fee per exam.  (This fee is assessed by the College Board)

    Be sure to read the Bulletin for AP Students and Parents 2016-2017 that will be distributed by your AP instructor.  You are responsible for understanding of its contentsa and for clearing any conflict(s) with your exam date(s).

     

    Note:  Calculators are allowed on all or part of the following AP Exams:  Biology, Calculus AB, Chemistry, Physics and Statistics.
