Given the ever-increasing frequency with which students use technologies, particularly in their school and personal lives, health and wellness are areas that need to be addressed in the interest of developing well-balanced digital citizens.

INTERNET SAFETY Includes but is not limited to: system security, password security, privacy settings and content filtering.
SCREEN TIME The amount of time spent using a device such as a smartphone, computer, television, or video game console.
CYBERBULLYING Using the internet, phones and social media to deliberately and repeatedly intimidate, threaten, embarrass, harass or hurt another person.
DIGITAL REPUTATION With each account created or online interaction had, we leave behind a “digital footprint” and, by doing so, develop our “digital reputation.”
