There are three ways to find access to the Parent Portal:
1. Go to the Elk River Area School District Parent Portal website at www.elkriver.k12.mn.us/parentportal. Under District Notices,First time here? Click on Campus Portal Support Request to request your unique activation key. Fill out the entire request form and include your email address. Scroll down, enter the number into the box shown, and click the submit form box at the bottom. We will contact you by email with an activation key for the Parent Portal. An attachment will also be sent, with detailed directions on how to activate your account, and how to navigate the portal.
2. Another way to access a key for the Parent Portal is to send an email request to: email@example.com. Please include your name, home address and phone number, and child’s name(s). We will reply to your request with an activation key and the information you’ll need to create a portal account.
3. You can also call the Parent Portal Helpline at 763-241-3548. Please leave a message, including your name and phone number, and someone will get back to you within a week.
If an account is disabled, parents can access help by following any of the choices above.
