    College Board Opportunity Scholarships-For the class of 2022, the College Board Opportunity Scholarships program will help even more students plan for college, address affordability concerns, and connect them with other scholarship opportunities. Here are a few key changes to the program for the class of 2022:

    • More than 7,000 students will earn a scholarship each year, nearly double the number of winners in previous years.

    Minnesota Golf Association Foundation Women's Scholarship

    • Due March 31, 2021. 
    • Each scholarship is for the amount of $3,000 per year, renewable for four consecutive years (a $12,000 maximum)
    • This scholarship is available to high school senior girls who intend to enroll in college the year they submit this application.
    • Applicants must be U.S. citizens and domiciled in the state of Minnesota.
    • Scholarship funds may be applied toward tuition, books, room and board.

    Minnesota School Counselors Association Scholarship:

MnACC is excited to provide scholarships for students of color who are in pursuit of higher education.     Wallin Scholarship

    • Due February 1. Seniors! One of the biggest scholarships of the year is now open! The Wallin Scholarship program offers $6,000/year ($16,000 over four years!), targeted advising, and networking opportunities. 
    • Last year over 20 Central students were awarded this scholarship!! To be eligible, you must have a minimum 3.0 unweighted GPA, Demonstrated financial need and enroll in an accredited, 4-year, public or private (not-for-profit) institution in Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, or any Historically Black College or University (HBCU) in the nation. No test scores required--apply today!

    Wear the Badge College Scholarships

    • The Minnesota Chiefs of Police Foundation is pleased to offer Wear the Badge Scholarships to Minnesota undergraduate students studying law enforcement and related fields.  The scholarships include $500 awards to new students and $1,000 awards for advanced students.  The MCPF supports diversity in this application and award process.

    Work Force Development Scholarship

    • 400 new scholarships of $2,500 each will be awarded to new students enrolling in any Minnesota State college for associate degree, diploma, or certificate programs that prepare graduates for careers in high demand sectors including advanced manufacturing, agriculture, health care services, and information technology.
