Rogers High School 2020 Yearbook - 45 copies left!!  Order immediately!

This year will forever be a part of our story.  The highs and lows. The games we won. The ones we lost.  Best friends, teachers, classmates, crushes. The playlists. The pride. The people. Most of all, the people.  We were here. Together. And in different ways, we all belonged.  Someday we’ll look back on the images of the year which are in our yearbook. The moments meant something to us. The pictures will help us remember where we came from, how we felt, and who each of us truly were.

We will NOT have extras for sale. There are 45 copies of the yearbook left to sell.  If you have not purchased a yearbook, please click on the link below and order your copy today, before we run out.  If you can’t remember if you purchased a yearbook earlier, please call Jostens at 1-877-767-5217 and press #1 for yearbook customer service. 2020 RHS Family Fun Fest Canceled
After careful consideration, we have made the decision to cancel our 2020 RHS Family Fun Fest. As the situation has escalated, it’s clear that in order to put the health and well-being of our students, staff, volunteers, and broader community, hosting a spring event is not an option.

We are so thankful for our sponsors and community providers who support this event and contribute to a great cause.......our students. Also, a huge thank you to the staff at RHS who have supported this event. We look forward to hosting it again in May of 2021.

AP Exam Changes Due to COVID-19

On March 20, the College Board announced changes to this year’s AP exams due to the spread of COVID-19. This year only, students can take a 45-minute online exam at home, choosing between one of two dates per subject. The exams will assess only the information that most AP teachers have covered by early March.

Because of the extraordinary circumstances, the College Board is hosting free, live, online help sessions to help students prepare for their exams. In addition, students who wish to cancel their exams can cancel at no charge.

For the most up-to-date information, see AP Updates for Schools Affected by the Coronavirus. If you have further questions, please email the Rogers High School AP Coordinator, Shane Noecker (shane.noecker@isd728.org).

  • ATTENDANCE - DISTANCE LEARNING

  •  As you know, attendance is an important part of a student’s education as part of our Distance Learning Plan. As we are not able to use physical attendance as a measure during distance learning, ISD 728 is focused on progress toward the learning outcomes and work completion to monitor student attendance.  Students must complete at least one required assignment per week per course to be considered present. Assignments may include, but are not limited to the following:
    • Discussion Post: Students contributing to or responding to an online discussion prompt.
    • Assignment: Students submit an assignment in Seesaw/Schoology or other digital means.
    • Test/Quiz: Students submit a digital test or quiz.

Students not completing at least one assignment per week per course will be marked absent.
