Attendance Line 763-241-3555 (24 hrs)

  • A phone call made to the attendance line is required to report your child’s absence each day. If we have not received notification of the student’s absence by 9:30 a.m., we will attempt to contact the student’s parent/guardian. Absences without parent/guardian acknowledgement will be unexcused.

Homework requests may also be made on the attendance line for students who have been out at least 2 consecutive days.  We ask that requests be made by 9:00 a.m. Homework will then be available for pick up in the office between 3:00 – 3:45 pm. Many of our teachers post weekly homework assignments on SchoolNotes.com or on their personal webpage which may be accessed through this site.

If you know that your child will be absent from school due to an upcoming vacation or family event, we ask that you pre-arrange this with the office as soon as possible. Please indicate the reason for the absence and the length of time the student will be gone. The student will be given a “pre-excused” form to show to their teachers. The teachers, in turn, will list any homework your student will miss while he/she is gone.
