As of Fall 2023, ISD 728 was home to 14,352 students from the communities of Elk River, Rogers, Otsego, Zimmerman, Baldwin, Albertville, St. Michael and surrounding townships.
More than 970 licensed staff and 1,400 non-licensed employees assist in educating our learning community, led by 18 principals and 17 assistant principals.
ISD 728 maintains 22 buildings, and is led by a cabinet of five members, including the Superintendent, two Assistant Superintendents, the Director of Business Services and Director of Human Resources.
