'Bite of Reality' Introduces Freshmen to the 'Real World'

While Elk River High School classrooms will always be the heart of our education journey, ISD 728 and the District's award-winning CTE program (Career and Tech education) are always seeking additional opportunities and partnerships for hands-on learning.
One example over the past couple of years has been the "Bite of Reality" event. For the past three years, Wings Financial and ISD 728 have teamed up at ERHS for this event to introduce kids to the cost of living - from homes, jobs, daycare, doctor bills and so much more to the price of having a "little fun."
