Welcome to the ISD 728 Finance Department. Our focus is to provide educational support for our students, staff and parents, all in support of our mission and Strategic Plan. We strive for excellence and emphasize quality services to staff, community, students and vendors, including preparation and communication of timely and accurate information in support of the district mission.

We are responsible for the financial operations of the district, which include budget and cash management, fixed asset management, procurement card administration, payroll, accounts payable and general accounting.

We also believe it is important for the public to understand how their taxes support K-12 public education.  A simple read that we recommend is the Association of Minnesota Counties' "14 reasons property taxes vary year to year."
