Schedules and Information for March 24, 2020

  • On March 24th, all 11th grade students at RHS will have the opportunity to take the ACT test for no charge at Rogers High School. 

    In an effort to provide the best testing environment, 9th, 10th and 12th grade students will have alternative learning experience. 

     

    • 9th grade students will not be in the building on March 24th. They will be taking part in a digital learning day, with assignments for each class period. 

     

    • 10th grade students have the choice of doing either a college visit (in person or as a digital tour) OR taking the Pre-ACT during the day at RHS.
      • The Pre-ACT option is only open to students who registered before the deadline of Feb 26th.
      • The Pre-ACT will run from 7:15am to 10:00am.
      • Regular bussing will be provided for 10th grade students who are taking the Pre-ACT. Students must stay until the test time is completed. Students may leave after that (approximately 10:00am) but they will need to arrange their own transportation. Otherwise, students will be allowed to wait in the Commons area until their bus arrives at 2:10.
      • Students who will be staying at RHS for the entire day should plan on bringing lunch from home or requesting a bag lunch from the cafeteria here

         

     

    • 11th grade student will be taking the ACT during the day at RHS, and no additional work will be assigned.
      • Students should be at RHS by 7:15am with the test concluding at approximately 12:30pm.
      • Regular bussing will be provided for 11th grade students. Students must stay until the test time is completed. Students may leave after that (approximately 1:00pm) but they will need to arrange their own transportation. Otherwise, students will be allowed to wait in the Commons area until their bus arrives at 2:10.
