Video Streaming Packages

  • The following equipment and staffing fees are for streaming services only. They are in addition to fees incurred when using ISD 728 facilities including facility rental, building equipment usage, and staffing.

    Level 1-Basic

    Equipment Includes:

    • One Wide Shot Camera (Unmanned)
    • Use of Company Logo Pre/Post Streaming (Event must submit a Company Logo at least two days prior to event)
    • Livestream URL provided prior to event for user distribution can be hosted on CE728 site, embedded onto renter site
    • Provide unedited video files on USB drive

    Staffing Required:

    • One Adult Tech (Video Streaming Director)

    Costs:

    • Base Cost: $150/ day
    • Staff Labor: Adult Tech $30/Hour

    Level 2-Basic Plus

    Equipment Includes:

    • One Wide Shot Camera (Unmanned)
    • Two House Cameras (Unmanned) -Preset Static Shots
    • Use of Company Logo Pre/Post Streaming (Event must submit a Company Logo at least two days prior to event)
    • Livestream URL provided prior to event for user distribution can be hosted on CE728 site, embedded onto renter site
    • Provide unedited video files on USB drive

    Staffing Required:

    • One Adult Tech (Video Streaming Director)
    • One Student Tech (Video Switcher)

    • Base Cost: $150/ day
    • Staff Labor: Adult Tech $30/Hour
    • Staff Labor: Student Tech $17/hour 

    Level 3-Intermediate

    Equipment Includes:

    • One Wide Shot Camera (Unmanned)
    • One House Camera (Unmanned) -Preset Static Shot
    • One House Camera (Manned)- Close up Shots
    • Use of Company Logo Pre/Post Streaming (Event must submit a Company Logo at least two days prior to event)
    • Livestream URL provided prior to event for user distribution can be hosted on CE728 site, embedded onto renter site
    • Provide unedited video files on USB drive

    Staffing Required:

    • One Adult Tech (Video Streaming Director)
    • One Student Tech (Video Switcher)

    Level 4-Advanced

    • One Wide Shot Camera (Unmanned)
    • Two House Camera (Manned)- Close up Shots
    • Use of Company Logo Pre/Post Streaming (Event must submit a Company Logo at least two days prior to event)
    • Livestream URL provided prior to event for user distribution can be hosted on CE728 site, embedded onto renter site
    • Provide unedited video files on USB drive

    Level 5-Advanced Plus

    Equipment Includes:

    • One Wide Shot Camera (Manned)- Adds ability to change and modify the wide shot
    • Two House Camera (Manned)- Close up Shots, Added possibilities of having cameras on stage
    • Use of Company Logo Pre/Post Streaming (Event must submit a Company Logo at least two days prior to event)
    • Livestream URL provided prior to event for user distribution can be hosted on CE728 site, embedded onto renter site
    • Provide unedited video files on USB drive

    Staffing Required:

    • One Adult Tech (Video Streaming Director)
    • One Student Tech (Video Switcher)
    • Three Student Tech (Camera Operators)

    Costs:

    • Base Cost: $150/ day
    • Staff Labor: Adult Tech $30/Hour
    • Staff Labor: 4 Student Techs $17/hour per student

    Add Ons

    • Additional Cameras with or without operators (request quote)
    • Additional editing on hourly basis (request quote) ie:>>>>>
    • Web hosting content on CE server space 

    Other Cost Saving Options

    • Multi Day discounts - 25%off base cost
    • Client could provide up to 2 volunteers to run cameras

    Streaming Platform Options

    • District 728 provides Public Viewing to ISD728 Community Education Website, Youtube(no pre recorded music), Google Meet or Zoom.
    • Client provides login credentials for other streaming services

    Disclaimer

    • Streaming service fees are in addition to fees incurred when using ISD728 School District Facilities including facility rental, building equipment usage, and staffing.
    • A production meeting is required prior to event.
    • If technical difficulties occur and the live stream is unsuccessful, Staff will still record the event and provide client with unedited files on a USB Drive. If the fault is on the part of ISD728 staff network or equipment, ISD728 CE will refund the base fees but maintain the staffing fees.  If it is due to circumstances out of our control, or on the part of the client, no refunds will be offered.
