At Prairie View, we value our time with parents during conferences. It is a time to check in and see how your child is progressing in school both academically and socially/emotionally. It also provides an opportunity for you to share anything you may be noticing at home, including study habits, health concerns, or anything that may have a direct influence on their schoolwork. 

We will be scheduling spring conferences online and all conferences will be VIRTUAL via Google Meet. Elementary school parents will schedule with their child's classroom teacher. Middle school parents are able to schedule individual conferences with specific teachers. We're limiting parents to conferencing with one or two teachers only. This will allow our teachers to meet all families' needs. Conferences will be offered on the following dates/times in 15 minute slots:

Wednesday, February 2                    5:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Thursday, February 3                        1:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Friday, February 4                             9:00 AM - 3:00 PM 

We would like to make the process of signing up for conferences easy! The process is detailed below.  To schedule your preferred time for parent-teacher conferences, simply follow these steps:

1.     Go to https://www.myconferencetime.com/prairieview

2.     Click on the name of the specific teacher

3.     Select the desired date/time for your conference by clicking on "Sign Up"

4.     Submit the requested information

Please sign up for conferences by January 30th. On January 31st, parents will receive an email confirmation, which will include the Google Meet link for your VIRTUAL conference.
