Back to School 2026 - Open House Dates Set for All ISD 728 Buildings

Find your locker. Meet a friend. Check out that new classroom. Talk to your future teacher. Say hello to the Principal. All of these things and more await you and your student at the Back to School events held across ISD 728 in August. 

It’s never too early to “Save the Date” and make sure you have these important, informative nights on your calendar. Here’s a look around the District. 

ELEMENTARY
Hassan - 5 to 5:30 p.m. for new students; 5:30 to 6:15 p.m. for last name A-K; 6:15 to 7 p.m. for last name L-Z all on Wednesday, August, 26, 2026.
Lincoln - 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, August 26, 2026.
Meadowvale - 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, August 26, 2026.
Otsego - 5 to 5:30 pm: New Students; 5:30 to 6:15  p.m.: A-K and 6:15 to 7 p.m.: L-Z on Tuesday, August 25, 2026
Parker - 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, August 25, 2026.
Prairie View -  5 to 5:45 p.m. for all students last name A-K; 6:15 to 7 p.m. for last name L-Z; and a special 5:45 to 6:15 p.m. window for all new Hawks on Wednesday, August 26, 2026.
Rogers - 5 to 5:30 p.m. for new students; 5:30 to 6:15 p.m. for last name A-K; 6:15 to 7 p.m. for last name L-Z all on Wednesday, August, 26, 2026.
Twin Lakes - 4:45 to 5:30 p.m. for Kindergarten and new students and 5:30 to 6:45 p.m. for all returning students on Wednesday, August 26, 2026.
Westwood - 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, August 26, 2026.
Zimmerman - 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, August 26, 2026. 

MIDDLE SCHOOL
Prairie View - 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, August 26, 2026, for Grade 5 students; 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, August 27, 2026, for Grade 6 through 8.
Rogers - 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, August 25, 2026.
Salk STEM Magnet - 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, August 26, 2026.
VandenBerge - 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, August 27, 2026.
Zimmerman - Grade 6 open house (TBA) on August 19, 2026; all other students 7-12 from 4 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, August 26, 2026.
