Viewing Health Immunizations

1. Log in to Parent Portal
2. If accessing multiple students, select the student using the Switch Student option in the upper right.
3. Click on More.
4. Choose Health.
5. Choose Immunizations.
6. Choose the Enrollment School Year (defaults to current).
7. View  the Vaccines on file and their Compliance Status.
8. Print the page as needed.
